Founded in 2023 by Renu Meena, Infocean CFO Services gives growing businesses the kind of finance leadership that is usually only available to large companies. We combine Chartered Accountant rigour with a CFO’s view of the business.
From our corporate office in Jaipur and branch offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, we work with founders, family-run businesses and overseas companies with Indian operations. Most of our work happens remotely, on cloud accounting tools, with a fixed monthly calendar and regular review calls.

Renu founded Infocean CFO Services to give growing businesses CFO-level finance support without the full-time overhead. A law postgraduate with four years as a legal advisor, she leads the firm and oversees its accounting, tax and CFO advisory practice, with a focus on offshore accounting and startup consulting.

Ramavatar has spent his career in audit, finance operations and advisory: running a finance department, building SAP finance processes, co-founding a CA practice and leading audit teams for US clients at PwC. Infocean brings that experience to founders who need a CFO’s view without a full-time hire.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant
Cleared the ICAI CA programme alongside a B.Com, then started in statutory and internal audit with Jain & Chopra, Chartered Accountants, in Mumbai.
2012 – 2015
Running finance at Madhusudan Group
Managed the finance and accounts function end to end: billing, receivables, payables, inventory, budgets and forecasts, VAT, service tax and TDS, and the annual audit.
2015 – 2017
SAP finance consulting at LTI
Worked on SAP finance engagements at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, covering requirements, configuration reviews, process documentation and project risk.
2017 – 2019
Founding Partner, Meena & Gupta
Co-founded a CA practice in Mumbai offering Virtual CFO services, corporate audits, tax filings, GST advisory and support on cross-border transactions.
2019 – 2026
Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, PwC
Nearly seven years on international audits for US public and private companies. Led a 25-person team, reviewed engagements for quality, and trained teams on Alteryx and RPA automation.

Joined the Infocean Advisory Board
Joined Infocean CFO Services in Jaipur as an Advisory Board member and Fractional CFO, helping growing businesses with CFO support, clean books and compliance on a fixed calendar.

Two decades of direct tax and corporate finance.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years in direct taxation, accounting and audit, Rashmi has led tax at Larsen & Toubro, Jaguar Land Rover India and Sulzer, covering corporate tax, transfer pricing, international tax and representation before tax authorities. At Infocean, that large-company depth goes to work for growing businesses.

Cleared every level of the ICAI CA programme on the first attempt, ranking 18th in India at Foundation, alongside a B.Com from the University of Mumbai.

Statutory, tax and transaction audits for clients including ICICI Bank, VSNL and IL&FS Mutual Fund.

Accounts, finance and direct tax at L&T
Nearly 13 years at Larsen & Toubro: running divisional accounts and budgets, evaluating group capex, then leading group income tax returns, transfer pricing assessments and appellate representations as Assistant General Manager, Direct Taxes.
2016 – 2018
Direct Tax Manager, Jaguar Land Rover India
Owned corporate tax, transfer pricing, international and withholding tax, and income tax and transfer pricing assessments.
2019 – 2021
Senior Manager, Direct Taxation, Sulzer
Tax audits and returns, assessments, DRP and ITAT matters, transfer pricing and withholding tax advice.
